While she hasn’t paid a visit to rehab in quite awhile, Lindsay Lohan has found a new locale to frequent - the hair salon.

The “Mean Girls” actress was spotted exiting the Chris McMillan Salon in Beverly Hills, California yesterday sporting yet another new hairdo. She kept her head down as she tried avoid the paparazzi, though her curly locks seemed eager for shutterbug attention.

Later that night, LiLo was out to dinner with BFF Samantha Ronson at super-hip hangout Dominick’s in West Hollywood, showing off her new coif.

Lindsay sported a black leather jacket, grey sweater and a pair of black stretch pants along with some killer black leather boots. As they drove away, Lohan covered her face while Ronson laughed.
